The First Halal Audit For An Iconic Poultry Slaughterhouse

September 2020, ICHCS team has successfully preformed the first Halal audit for an iconic poultry slaughterhouse in Egypt. The Halal audit team and the management team travelled towards the eastern side of Egypt, right next to Suez Canal’s west bank, where iconic company engaged in manufacturing and producing poultry products.

The Company is specialized in producing and breading eggs, operating poultry farms and hatcheries, production of chicken products through the operation of its slaughterhouses and animal feed production as well as carrying out sales and distribution operation for its poultry products.
The Company operates production stations, which consists of fodder plant, broiler fattening stations, laying hens farming stations, poultry feed manufacturing unit, hatching unit and slaughterhouse.
